We are looking for an exceptional HR Manager with a focus on tech recruiting who is passionate about attracting talent to Whitebox to help continue to drive and ensure our rapid growth.


  • You take responsibility for our end-to-end recruiting & talent management for our teams with a focus on IT functions.
  • In doing so, you develop appropriate search profiles with various managers and independently select the appropriate channels for sourcing.
  • You identify candidates for our software development, marketing and sales departments by direct approach via various channels (e.g. LinkedIn, XING) as well as networking, social business media, trade fairs or events.
  • You are responsible for the pre-qualification and conduct interviews (phone, video calls, on-site) and selection processes for specialist and management positions.
  • You accompany candidates through the entire application process and onboarding and ensure a unique candidate experience.
  • You will be responsible for contract management, including the preparation of contract amendments, references, terminations, certificates and other personnel-related documents.
  • Over the next few months, you will build a high-quality talent pipeline by cultivating good relationships with promising candidates.
  • You will work on the continuous development of HR, process optimization and maintain our HR software.
  • You advise and support our management team with regard to candidate selection and new hires as well as on HR-related and labor law topics.


  • You have successfully completed your studies in economics, social sciences or psychology or have a comparable education and a strong affinity for IT topics.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting tech-related profiles.
  • You know the common methods, tools and channels in recruiting and know how to approach promising talents strategically and quickly.
  • You are proficient in preparing and conducting interviews (in German and English) and can assess candidates according to skill and value fit.
  • You act and communicate with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders at eye level.
  • You score with empathy, knowledge of human nature and very good communication skills.
  • You convince with your organizational talent, your analytical skills and your high level of trustworthiness and loyalty.
  • You have a tangible enthusiasm for HR and are passionate about working with us to create an exceptional work environment.
  • You are confident in using the Google Suite, have knowledge of German labor law, and have very good German and English skills.
